Conquest Investment Limited operates an out-grower model, partnering with over 650 smallholder farmers in Northern Ghana. This collaborative approach ensures that smallholder farmers receive the necessary agricultural inputs and technical support, while Conquest secures a consistent supply of staple crops such as maize, soybeans, and rice. The out-grower model involves mutually beneficial arrangements where Conquest provides farmers with inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides), technical support, and access to storage for the markets, while the farmers commit to growing crops under agreed-upon conditions, selling the produce back to Conquest or designated buyers.
